Planning your wedding look, or booking microblading, a tiny tattoo, a facial or waxing? Here are answers to the questions brides and clients ask us most often.
Wedding dates, especially weekends in peak season, tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue. As a general guide, we suggest booking 6–12 months ahead for wedding hair & makeup. For microblading, tiny tattoos, facials and waxing, you can book online and choose any available time. Last-minute request? Send us a message anyway and we will do our best to help.
Your date is reserved once the 30% retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service, before it begins. Refunds follow our cancellation policy below. We accept Zelle, credit/debit cards and cash.
A bridal trial is optional but highly recommended. It is a relaxed session of about 2 hours where we get to know your style, test looks with your outfit and jewelry in mind, and make sure you feel completely confident before the big day. We suggest scheduling it about 4–8 weeks before your wedding. Trials take place at our Pleasanton studio.
Yes! We are based in the Bay Area and happily travel to homes, hotels and venues across the Bay Area and California. Travel details and any travel fee are discussed at the time of booking, based on your location and schedule.
Yes. Hair styling is part of our Wedding Hair & Makeup service, so the bride, bridal party and family can have their complete look done in one appointment. We offer soft curls, buns, braids and bridal hairstyles, all done personally by Meena, and hair styling is priced as part of your personalized quote.
Yes. Meena works independently and personally takes care of every client, from the bride and bridal party to every studio appointment, so you get the same care and attention to detail from start to finish.
For wedding hair & makeup, we use professional-grade, long-wearing products chosen to suit a wide range of skin types and tones, and we always practice careful hygiene with our kit. Some of the brands we love include MAC, NARS, Huda Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Fenty Beauty and Estée Lauder, with Clinique and La Roche-Posay for skin prep. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please let us know in advance.

Wedding hair & makeup and makeup for other events are booked through our inquiry form; all other services can be booked online instantly.
We understand that plans can change. For wedding hair & makeup and makeup for other events, you receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before your event date; cancellations within 72 hours of the event are not refundable. For all other services (microblading / permanent eyebrows, tiny tattoos, facials and waxing), you receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment; cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
